Wedding at Murrieta's Well in Livermore

Earlier in the year we photographed Faviola and Jeff's wedding at Murrieta's Well in Livermore. The venue had been on our radar for awhile but this was our first time shooting there. It was worth the wait! The venue grounds and wine cellar are small but super cute and provided a great atmosphere for Faviola and Jeff's intimate wedding. We loved working with these two from and are happy we could document their day.

Sebastopol Vineyard Wedding

One of our first weddings for 2015 happened to be at one of our favorite wedding venues. We love shooting weddings at the Vine Hill House in Sebastopol and when we found out that Lori and Cade were getting married there we were super excited. Lori and Cade are both really easy going, genuine people and their wedding day was a lot of fun. As always, Dan and his team at the Vine Hill House kept everything moving seamlessly. Lori and Cade had such a great vision for their day and we are so thankful we got to be there to photograph it. All of our best to Lori and Cade!

Anniversary photo session in San Francisco

Earlier this Spring we met up with Hannah and Greg in San Francisco to celebrate and photograph their wedding anniversary. Hannah and Greg were in town visiting from Texas and were excited to take photos to remember their trip. We had such a nice time working with these two as we explored the Presidio and nearby Crissy Field. Celebrating their anniversary with new portraits has become a tradition of theirs and we are so happy to have been part of that.

Wedding at the UC Berkeley Botanical Garden and Alumni House

We photographed Jessica and Moi's wedding at the UC Berkeley Botanical Garden and Alumni House last fall. They had a beautiful wedding ceremony surrounded by towering redwoods, family, and friends. After a very sweet exchange of vows the couple and all of their guests moved over to the Alumni House on the UC Berkeley campus. While good food and great times were being had a few close friends and relatives wished the couple well with some very colorful speeches about their youth and how they first crossed paths. Jessica and Moi met one evening at a club in El Salvador where Moises was playing piano. It was only fitting that he play something for the bride and their guests during the reception. It's clear that these two will have lots of support along the way from their two great families who care are very much for both of them.

Small business portraits in Oakland

Tiffany Whipps, a local jewelry designer based in Oakland, had us come out to her studio in the Uptown neighborhood and shoot some small business portraits and process photos. We had a great time watching her create a few of her signature pieces while we snapped away.  Tiffany is a recent transplant from Portland and we really enjoyed welcoming her into our lovely neighborhood and helping her feel established with some new images in her super cute studio space.  You can check out her work during first fridays in downtown Oakland or on her Esty page.
